You need to use 4x a day, it took me 3 days but can take up 7 days to starting giving some results. There is no scent. Overall is good, but not a a medication to be used continued.

I have not had my wrist or knees act up (knock on the wood 😉)since I received the product , therefore I can only review the cosmetic features. It is easy to open and close. The instructions are clear. There’s a dosing card that helps you get the correct amount. The gel has a light soapy scent. Make sure you follow the instructions that the gel cannot be used on more than 2 body areas at once. The one I received expires in October 2026, and I will have time to try and update the effect afterwards.

I've tried other products like this but it didn't do much. It has a bit of a medicinal scent but not overpowering. The texture is very lightweight, isn't sticky, goes on smoothly and dries down quickly as well. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not found a pain relieving cream that works as well as this does. No smell, no burn, no tingle. Work great doesn't take all the pain away but does take a big portion of it way. Please read the warning label can cause birth defects.
