Even though I've lost the weight, the damage was already done. I love the little travel size because you can take it with you and since I do a lot of walking during robotics season, 15 to 20,000 steps a day, this comes in handy.

I have been using it as you see in the video that I already have another package. this pain reliever has been helping me a lot since is an anti-inflammatory and you can used on your knee, ankle, foot, elbow and other areas of your body. I liked that the package comes with a dosage card so you know how much to use. The gel was a somewhat creamy consistency that made it easy to spread and run in around the affected area. I didn’t feel like there was much of a smell and there was no residue after rubbing it. This product was very easy to use and I’ll definitely use again in the future!
