Comes with a reusable washable dosing chart so you’ll always get the correct amount. You can use it up to four times a day but only use on no more than two body areas at a time. I’ve also used it on my wrist and my elbow I can’t be happier. It is an opaque topical gel that does not feel sticky or greasy. Also it has no strange smell !

I was skeptical, but I decided to give Voltaren Arthritis Pain gel a try after seeing it was available over-the-counter, and I am so genuinely glad I did. ​What I appreciated right away was the gel itself. Unlike other topicals I've used, it's not greasy or sticky. It absorbs well and doesn't have that overpowering, eye-watering "medicine" smell. It's a clean, mild scent that fades quickly, so I don't feel like I'm announcing my pain management to the whole room. ​But the most important part is, does it work? The little tube is packaged nicely with an innovative plastic tamper proof seal. I have arthritic knees and on bad days it's nice to have some relief. This product takes the edge off and provides some relief. I did observe that the product has a potent analgesic scent, so if you are sensitive to smells be aware, but the smell goes away once it's rubbed into your skin.

So I am here to give everyone a cautionary tale and encourage them to always read package inserts and warnings prior to using a product.

The gel goes on smoothly, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t leave any greasy residue, which I really appreciate. I noticed a nice cooling sensation right away, and after a bit, the stiffness and achiness in my joints felt noticeably reduced — especially in my hands and knees. It’s easy to use, doesn’t have a strong smell, and fits nicely into my everyday routine. The only thing to keep in mind is that you do have to apply it consistently to feel the full benefits, but for me it’s been a super helpful addition when soreness starts acting up. I’m really glad I got the chance to test it out!

I do feel if you are looking for instant relief maybe try something more effective. I feel like this is more for long-term use and I’m still gonna continue to give it a try to see if I get any other different views about it.
