It has to be applied consistently over a period of time to be effective. That said, it worked great for my aching knees! It comes with a dosing card so you know exactly how much product to use because it varies depending on where you need it. It does have a bit of a medicinal scent, but it is not strong and fades after application.

More importantly, I didn’t feel the cream did a lot to improve my stiff knee. Possibly had a slight numbing effect or cooling effect. I likely won’t buy this product in future.

I am allergic to ibuprofen and have stayed away from oral NSAIDs. Found out topical isn't an issue. After day 4 of daily use, I noticed my knee wasn't nearly as tender feeling and throughout the day, it stayed like that. Made me a believer. It will now be a regular item in the medicine cabinet.
