This is well suited for small joints like hand, wrist, knee, elbow, foot and ankle. I craft and this is great for my hands especially after dealing with beads all day.

I use it on my hands, ankles and knees. It's tricky to wait the time before dressing and after skin being set but worth it. Be aware of the max dosages after all, this use to be prescription only at 4x the price

I just love how easy this is apply to my sore joints. The relieving effect is quick and the gel doesn’t leave a greasy residue or chalky look. The smell isn’t bad either.

I haven’t had a chance to try this out yet but I am happy to have this is my box to utilize when the need comes about. My achy joints will be very appreciative as I’m sure it works great!

this arthritis she didn’t have any impact for me. I tried testing it for a few days. Didn’t see any results. I’m sure it’s a great product. I’ll continue to test it out.
