I used as described and didnt notice any difference. In the box does come with a doseage card. Good bottle. Does say use for 7 days which i did and didnt notice any difference. Tried on husband knees as well and he didnt have any relief either

My husband used this for arthritisin his knees and says it works great!! He has a physically demanding job and cant be in pain at work this does the trick to help.
