This works so well for getting rid of some arthritis pain. I think this is the only brand that actually makes a difference in getting rid of that pain.

I think this is a great idea instead of a messy cream that is hard to rub in . Unfortunately I feel the gel is less effective, but plan to use it time to time when aches aren’t bad
