I was sent this product for free in return for my honset opinion. As someone who does suffers from arthritis i couldnt even open it. There is a tiny twist top that I can even get it off.

I gave this to my aunt because I don't have arthritis and her review was can you get me more lol so I guess she loved it she said the pain vcomes back but it is a realeaf
