I haven’t used these personally but my grandmother says it works. She used it on her knees before walking her dog.and said it did give her some relief she didn’t feel as achy as she usually does so it’s a win win. I personally do not like the smell.

Intense osteoarthritis pain in both knees was relieved 90% within two weeks of daily use ; four times a day. The recommended 21 days has been reached and I fear having to stop its use. No where can I find long term use studies.

I have the start of arthritis in my hands for sure, and this helps to make my joints feel better. It doesn't feel sticky or greasy and absorbs pretty quickly.

I wanted to like this! As someone who has arthritis in their knee and wrists I was hopeful. But was sadly disappointed with how greasy it was, and it didn’t work out for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty good but it is a bit of a learning curve with measuring the right dosage to start off. (There’s a dosage guide included in the box) The smell isn’t too bad and it does absorb nicely.
