I was actually told by my Dr to buy this for my foot. Was so happy when I found out I was getting this box. It helped my foot pain tremendously. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My father has bad arthritis. He said this provides some relief in his hands and feet. The only downside is it does not provide instant relief so it does take a week or 2 to begin working.

I was excited to get this, but it doesn't do anything. I have tried this on several different occasions and have not felt any relief. This is not something i will purchase in the future.

So i have knee, hip, neck, and body aches i think that you can not use more than a little amount so this was not able to be used in all those places so for that i gave a low rating this one i would check with your doctor
