I used Voltaren pain gel as directed for 2 weeks and my hand and knee did feel much better. Even after I spent several days making jewelry during this time and that usually leaves my hands in agony. The only thing I did not like was that It left a slightly tacky film on my skin. This was not a problem on my knee but I did not like it on my hands.
