[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The scent of Voltaren arthritis pain gel is not very pleasant. The medication itself is quite effective for pain relief. It works fast but is not long lasting. The packaging is secure, easy to use. The medication is a bit on the expensive side.

I have been batteling knee pain for several years now. I was at a store looking into something that could help me with the discomfort. I noticed your product on the shelf and remembered seeing the advertisement on TV. After giving Voltaren a try I was amazed on how well it really worked. For the first time in years I have pain free movement. I no longer need to stress over using stairs, kneeling down or even just plain walking around any longer. I'm very, very happy with my results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t detect any very strong odors that were very offputting, and it was rather effective in the way that it would last a long time in penetrate really deeply. The texture was nice. It was like a heavy weight lotion, but effectively rubbed in without greasy leftover residue.

Unfortunately not a fan of this one. The amount of instructions alone are enough to deter use. When it comes to pain like this, I don’t need more reasons to delay relief. But if you make it through all the hoops to use it, it just smells so strongly and not in a good way. It smells like chemicals. In the end I still didn’t really get relief. So I’m afraid it’s a no for me.

I usually end up getting pains in different areas and need immediate relief - this is not for that. It is meant to be used over time (hence the dosing card shown), and takes up to a few days to work. I had some pain in my knees so I used a bit, and the pain did eventually go away but I can’t pinpoint whether it was because of the Voltaren or the pain went away on its own. Either way, this does work and doesn’t smell bad, but just don’t expect it to be an immediate topical pain reliever.

I received this free to try from influenster and Voltaren in a voxbox. My husband actually got this stuff in a rx for joint pain as well. So we have used b4. It is like a stronger icyhot. It is for joints specifically. Like icyhot, it has that cooling sensation so be careful in the shower washing it off!

I like that it's a gel and penetrates the skin with no mess. It doesn't smell like anything either, so that's also a plus. I would purchase again.
