I’ve been using for 2 weeks now religiously on my right wrist and it has worked so well. Absorbs easily and doesn’t smell weird. Felt the most relief after day 4 . Definitely adding this to my everyday medicine cabinet .

Instead of the traditional twist-off cap, it came with a cap opening for easier access which makes the application so much easier. The gel itself absorbed easily. I’ve been using it for my mild knee pain for a couple of days and it seems to be effective.
