I've used many different tropicals but this one is a first 2.25 inches long (2 grams) upper body dose., 4.5 inches long (4 grams) lower body dose. This tab was attached to the inside of the box

To my surprise, it did lessen the pain, and I could easily walk without limping while shopping at a large mall and several stores. It is now a stable in my medicine cabinet

When my knees are grinding or my wrist is throbbing, I don't have 7 days.. it also can't be used in more than two areas at a time. And can't be used on your back, hips, or shoulders. Which my back probably has the worst pain. It does rub in well, with no stinging, or bad smell. It also comes with a dosing chart to show how much you should be using an area on upper and lower body, which is nice. This just isn't a product for me.
