I don't really suffer significant arthritis, however, I do have some occasional minor pain in my hands, knuckles. This is not a rapid acting product, but requires continued use. The tube was easy to open, no mess flip cap. The product had a slight medicinal or alcohol smell to it, but not offensive. Overall, it just didn't do too much for me but may be better for those with more significant arthritis issues.

It also comes with a cool card thing to measure out how much to use. I tried a little bit and it goes on smooth and it doesn’t smell bad. I don’t have arthritis so I don’t know if it works.

I'm willing to try anything to help the pain stop. Voltaren has definitely helped take the edge off. It doesn't completely eliminate the pain, but that would literally be a miracle. I do appreciate how cleanly it rubs in and the lack of smell.
