The gel absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave any residue behind. She said the scent is a bit strong but not unpleasant, but she’d prefer an unscented version.

It says it could take up to a week to see any results and I haven't used it a full week yet. It's worth trying because it may help some people but as of now I don't think it's making much difference iny knee
