One of the best OTC gels for painful arthritis attacks (gout). It has been my go to gel whenever I feel even the slightest hint of gout pain.

Lots of smelly heat and cool choices in this category, but this is more than smelling good. It works and I’ve had them all.

I have used the prescription product, now I will be using the generic, Voltaren as it has been effective in the pat.

This is a great product. The travel size is ok but not to useful as more of this needs to be applied for pain control.

If used regularly this product really helps with pain. Product needs time to soak in to releave joint pain.
