It does take some time to set in to do its job but it does soothe away the pain without that menthol numbness with other creams. We massage in and cover the area to allow full absorption. One extremely important note is that the main ingredient in voltaren (diclofenac) is toxic even in small amounts to pets so we use gloves to apply to area of pain and immediately cover the area to avoid any contact. If you plan on using on your hands and have dogs or cats, I’d either completely avoid this product or be prepared to wear gloves.

Just apply the cream where you suffer from joint pain and let it do its job, I have joint pain in my hands and rubbing it in really brings relief. It doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy or anything either and the size is nice to keep in my bag and carry around on the go! There is no weird smell either so don’t feel bad for putting on whenever I need to.

The flip-cap tube is super easy to use, and the gel soaks in fast without feeling greasy. It helps cut down the stiffness + pains and makes moving around way easier — I noticed a difference within a week. Plus it’s paraben-free, dye-free, and has a clean, light scent. If your hands, knees, wrists, or feet give you trouble, this stuff is worth a try.

It absorbs well and isn’t greasy, but overall the results were pretty average for me. It’s not bad—just not as effective as I hoped.

Your instructions divide the body into 2 areas (upper and lower). THEN, it says “Do not use on MORE than 2 body areas at the same time”. (?) How can there be a third body area if you only divided it into 2 areas only? Shouldn’t that read: “Do not use on 2 body areas at the same time”?

I have not had my wrist or knees act up (knock on the wood 😉)since I received the product , therefore I can only review the cosmetic features. It is easy to open and close. The instructions are clear. There’s a dosing card that helps you get the correct amount. The gel has a light soapy scent. Make sure you follow the instructions that the gel cannot be used on more than 2 body areas at once. The one I received expires in October 2026, and I will have time to try and update the effect afterwards.

I jave Arthritis in my finger, and u was curious if this gel would help. Well, it is easy to apply, has a light scent, and guess what? It works! I jave been typing for 40 years, and my fingers have Arthritis. With this gel, my pain goes away. Easy to use, nice dosage meter including in the packaging, great product. I would and will recommend it to anyone with Arthritis.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is pretty good, I use it on my knees when they are achy & sore. This size is perfect for traveling instead of having to carry around the big tube. It comes out easily, I didn’t have any issues when I was squeezing the tube.
