I have been using this pain gel for 7 days and I have not noticed much of a difference. It says after 7 days if no relief stop using so I did. I also was concerned regarding all of the safety concerns with using this gel. I used the dosing card to make sure I applied the correct amount of gel. Applying it to my wrists it felt like it had a slight cooling effect but I did not have any other issues or sensitivity. I am going to keep it on hand and not dispose of it yet just in case my hubby may need it in the future for his knees (before it expires of course). I will definitely let him read the safety warnings and he can decide whether or not he wants to use it. I did read over the included information packet, the drug facts taped to the box and I could not find any directions on proper disposal of any unused product so I googled it. Google recommended using a medicine take back program if available and if not to empty the remaining contents into an undesirable substance like coffee grounds or kitty litter before disposing in your household trash. That is just what I could find online. Overall I just do not think this product is for me.
