The gel itself goes on smoothly and doesn’t have a bad scent, which I really appreciate. The downside is that you have to apply it four times a day, and it takes several days to notice results. It’s hard to keep up with that kind of routine, and honestly, I prefer products that give faster relief. If you’re consistent and patient, it might work well, but for me, it was a bit too high-maintenance.

It comes in a squeeze tube and also comes with a doseing card to make sure that you are using the correct amount depending on what part of the body you're using it on. The product itself has a medical smell to it it's not bad but I wouldn't say it's great either. It is easy to apply and work in and doesn't take too long to dry after application. Keep in mind that I'm like all the other things that use menthol or a hot and cold sensation, this is prescription strength NSAID so be sure to follow instructions and only use as advised. This is a good product to have for days when you're having a little bit more pain than usual and need that little boost to get moving with your day.
