This gel actually works to relieve arthritis in my knees. A little goes a long way, so be sure to use the recommended dosage. I love how easy it spreads, it’s not greasy or tacky. There is a slight but nothing too outrageous. You do have to allow it to dry before putting on pants or allowing your clothes to touch it.

I appreciate that they provide a plastic ruler so that you can dispense the right amount for the intended area. There is a medicine type scent, but it's not too strong. You can apply up to four times a day, which is not something I want to do to see results. Optimistic about this product though!
