You need to put the little flower shaped thing on the tip of the tube into the flower shaped hole on the top of the lid. While the stuff comes out quickly and turns clear pretty quickly it’s still gooey looking and doesn’t absorb very quickly. And it smells like medicine. On the pro side my wrist does now feel numb and not in pain. But I really wish this was unscented if anything.
