This is a thick gel formula that is quite cooling upon application and dries and absorbs quickly. I feel like I absolutely get a drastic level of relief while using it and I think its going to be a staple for me for the winter months. I will note (it's not uncommon for most products like this) it does have a pretty strong fragrance at first. This does dissipate quickly and for me isn't noticeable once absorbed. * I like that they have a mini size too, so you don't have to break the bank testing it.

I like how it is absorbed completely without leaving any residue. It has a nice scent when being applied, which goes away when it dries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all opening, the packaging is a little confusing, although it’s easy to do if your hands hurt, so I see the point. You need to put the little flower shaped thing on the tip of the tube into the flower shaped hole on the top of the lid. While the stuff comes out quickly and turns clear pretty quickly it’s still gooey looking and doesn’t absorb very quickly. And it smells like medicine. On the pro side my wrist does now feel numb and not in pain. But I really wish this was unscented if anything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Voltaren arthritis gel is pretty good stuff but takes a few days to get a good amount of relief. I used it for knee discomfort and it worked but it wasn’t rapid. However it doesn’t claim to be. The cool sensation of the gel helped alleviate some of the discomfort and it was night and lightweight so it doesn’t leave a heavy film on the area. It also smells nice. I’m used to the minty medicated smell. It comes in a great package that has a cool safety feature when you first open it, but is not hard to open for those with hand pain.
