I've always kept some type of Tylenol OTC medication handy throughout the years and found the Extra Strength to be just as effective. I use this for headaches or any minor discomfort which Tylenol has never let me down. The caplets are easy to swallow and they seem to work much quicker than most for a longer time span. I also have never experienced any signs of stomach irritation despite my sensitivities. I trusted Tylenol when my children were small and 25 yrs later, Tylenol remains a staple within my household. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Tylenol extra strength is my best friend !! I get bad headaches almost every single day. I try to hold off on taking medicine so i don’t take it too much. But when i really need something to help i only use Tylenol. I always have some in my purse , work backpack , and of course my house. It’s a must have for me!

Everyone has probably had Tylenol before! It does what it needs to and helps your pain. It’s a good OTC brand and you can get it pretty much anywhere. I’ve used this when I had a headache, toothache, and period cramps, and it worked well. It kicks in within an hour!

It's the brand I use and have used, for many years, so I highly recommend it. Still hoping they will make a liquid version, as I have issues from brain surgery, that make it hard to get pills down.

This is the extra strength tylenol that most of us are familiar with. Great for travel, or just keeping it handy in your purse. Cap needs to be pushed down and turned to open, so small kids won't be able to access easily. Anyone who uses Tylenol would be.. IMO...better off taking the fast acting gel capsules...but to each his/her own....

I absolutely love Tylenol extra strength… It is one of the only pain relievers that I use.  I love it because it has multiple uses… It gets rid of fevers quickly and my headaches quickly and it also gets rid of my cramps when I have my time of the month. easy to swallow- and safe.

My favorite over-the-counter pain treatment for headaches and minor aches and pains is Tylenol, which comes in a little tablet form for adults and is quite effective. I highly recommend these simple safety recommendations for dose. Barbie on the Island

These are always a must have. They dosage and safety instructions are very clear as well as the active ingredient. We always have these on hand because they are effective for pain relief.
