I have horrible headaches and the effectiveness it's almost immediate! I cannot value this product because it's changed my life! I'm now able to play with my kids and I know it's reliable because anytime I take it I can be sure I'll be good as new in 30 minutes!

Personally I feel like this Tylenol is good for minor aches. I normally take two for a headache and I’ll be fine for about 4-5 hours. It takes about 35 mins to kick in. Tylenol is usually the safest and good for not having many side effects. It does have them but only when taken in large does or mixed with certain meds. Everything is best described on the box
