Always get the rapid release, for me it works in 20 minutes. Huge difference from non rapid release which takes 45 for me.

this is a brand name tylenol rapid release and works on almost everybody ai spite of age and gender.

Does not work for me! Still had a headache and had to take another brand in order for my headache to go away.
