I just took one for back pain a few minutes ago and now I don't feel any pain:) So Id say it works great and Ill have to make sure I have a bottle in my cabinet for now on.

Very reliable and effective when it comes to lowering your temperature due to some infection, also very effective with headache. Very easy to swallow and easy on your stomach.

This is the only pain reliever I can take because I am on blood thinner. I take it every night at bedtime, it helps me sleep, and when I wake up the next day my arthritis pain is more manageable.

Extra Strength Tylenol always works great for any pain I have, been taking it for years for headaches, hip, knee pain from arthritis. Since I am on a blood thinner I can't take aspirin or ibuprofen.

I normally do not take any over the counter meds such as this but I had a nagging headache that would not leave. I only had to take one, that got rid of it and the headache did not come back. I would absolutely recommend this product.
