I like that this version comes in a smooth, easy to swallow tablet. I assume that the tablet's smooth coating also dissolves easily in the stomach, which is what allows the medication to get to we work rapidly.

I have been using Tylenol for years and would recommend it to everyone. I have had several operations and was in a car crash and had a lot of pain. Tylenol was my saving grace!

I took the recommended dosage about 30 minutes before going to bed. By the time I got in bed I was feeling more relaxed and able to fall asleep more quickly.

Better than taking multiple pills to do the same dosage. Seems to work great, especially when you are battling an illness. If you are able to an NSAID you can take both together.

Overpriced. I mean to get the generic Acetaminophen which I've been ordering for years and Sams Club popped this in as a suggestion and I bought it by mistake.

I wish they came in larger quantities. Only place I can find a larger amount in one container is at Costco. I have to take two every 8 hours. (That is the only reason I left out one star - otherwise it would be 5 stars)

I have arthritis in my joints and have found the extra strength Tylenol has delivered on its promise to relieve my pain … I especially find the “rapid release gels” to be most effective …
