It does exactly what it says. For someone who suffered from muscle pain this allows me ro get back to normal activities quicker.

Tylenol has always been a go to product for me and my husband. Now that neither of us are allowed ibuprofen so glad this works.

They work to relieve pain, but I have to take them every 3 to 4 hours and not the six hours. It says on the box.

I am still in process of checking these pain killers. I hope they work well on Migraines. I gave a benefit of the doubt in my review.

I can only take Tylenol due to other interactions with other medications. This one works best for me.

Unlike the regular caplets, these start to work fast! Especially needed when you need immediate relief from pain. Would definitely recommend.

650 mg is the only thing that works but is hard to find in the stores. I guess everyone else uses them also.

I like to pair if with 1/2 of a Tylenol extended relief. It doesn't take you over the adult dose per day

I just had a c-section and the pain has been manageable with this Tylenol (taken with ibuprofen as well).
