Driver showed a door (mat) that's not mine. Those people got some "free" Tylenol while I'm without and have to wait until Monday to get my money back! :(

Works fast! I'm not used to getting headaches, but latily, I've had them everyday for about a month. The rapid release make it go away in about 15 minutes to maybe 30 minutes. Probably depends on how your body works.

I liked tylenol but i cant get any alcohol ,or hand sanitizer its awful for people to be so greedy ,they keep it out if circulation its gonna help them more

Overpriced. I mean to get the generic Acetaminophen which I've been ordering for years and Sams Club popped this in as a suggestion and I bought it by mistake.

Although these are not ‘magically’ as fast in working as I had hoped, they were faster than the regular ones. My extremely painful toothache appreciated that. Will buy again after the massive amounts in this particular bottle run out.

I see absolutley no difference in the time it takes to reduce pain with these than it does with the regular extra strength capsules, The only thing that is different is the price! The medication does help reduce discomfort just like it always has,

I thought it might have worked 10 minutes faster. The regular takes my body 20 minutes before I can tell I took it. I have multiple sclerosis, not sure if that is why it affects me that way

Tylenol is my number one go to choice ..Xtra makes it zap that muscle , hand , leg , knee, back or migraine pain from your body ..Trust me it works !

Noticed my fever responds differently to these rapid release the the regular tablets. Not in a good way, my fever spikes with these. I will only use the regular tablets from now on.

I wish they came in larger quantities. Only place I can find a larger amount in one container is at Costco. I have to take two every 8 hours. (That is the only reason I left out one star - otherwise it would be 5 stars)
