My Doctor said I should switch to Extra Strength Tylenol for my old age aches and pa Ines as my prescription was hard on my tummy and kidneys. It seems to suffice so far! I had always avoided it for the liver complications it has been synonymous with., but she told me they were not likely for me.

It really "works" ! I was amazed that the Tylenol 8 hr Arthritis pain relief actually worked. I have Fibromyalgia and it can be really painful if the Arthritis 'kicks-in' with it. I am so glad I found a medication that is OTC and reasonably priced. Reminder to take two every 8 hrs. but check with your doctor first!

In the past, I always felt it. Tylenol never did anything really to relieve my pain. I am pleasantly surprised to say that rapid release extra strength. Tylenol is really all that I need. Not only does it relieve my pain. It helps to increase my mobility.

Although Tylenol works great for my wife, doesn't work well for my headaches, when I do get one, which thankfully isn't very often..I bought this for fever, because of the information given by the CDC that ibuprofen and Naproxen's accelerated the covid-19 virus. Don't know yet if it works for fever, haven't had one yet, and pray I don't get one to try it out!

This is rapid release. Can i tell the difference? Maybe a little faster. The pill is bigger, a gel tab, so it melts faster. When your head hurts, every second faster is nicer, so we decided to try. Im indifferent to the difference. Im equally as likely to buy this as regular tylenol.

Work as they say, they are rapid release. I have major back pain and when I take these it does take about 15-20 minutes to start really working, but when they do I’m pain free for hours. They don’t wait yo start working. Other meds or Tylenol take longer.

Really don't know that it's released "rapidly", so if that's the only reason you're buying them, save your money. IMO, the prices for simple OTC purchases have become outrageous. If these had not been greatly discounted, I definitely would not have bought them. I will absolutely continue to spend my money on store brands in the future.

These are great pain relievers for minor aches and pains. But surprising benefit is they are great as sleeping pills! I take one or two at bedtime if I feel restless and within 15 min. I am out. Only lasts EXACTLY 4 hours for me, but I wake up with no lethargy or sleeping pill hangover. Good stuff.

It works like a charm and most times u only need one so that way u shouldn’t go over the allowed/recommended mg per day Migraines are tricky my son suffers with them and he takes a Tylenol rapid release and then he can get some relief until I get out the emergency supply for when we’re out and he can take his imatrex BUT AS THEY SAY TO EACH IS OWN EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT WITH TOLERANCE SIZE ETC SO JUST BE SMART WHEN YOU TAKE AS WITH ANYTHING-ELSE LIKE THIS

Seems to kick in faster than the other options from the Tylenol company. The off brands may have the same active ingredients (acetaminophen) and dosage (500mg), but the gel on the outside of these pills seems to dissolve more quickly than any others, plus they’re easier to swallow!
