They don't have a taste to them. You swallow the pills 💊. i have strong headaches and they help them go away.

It doesn't kill the pain 100% but eases it somewhat. I have Cervical Stenosis and degenerative disc disease in lower back, so I'm in pain quite a bit. And this takes the edge off and quickly.
