Work as they say, they are rapid release. I have major back pain and when I take these it does take about 15-20 minutes to start really working, but when they do I’m pain free for hours. They don’t wait yo start working. Other meds or Tylenol take longer.

Never thought much of Tylenol but this Extra Strength Rapid Release one works and works quickly. I have severe back pain and dont like to take opioids because of side effects. These come in easy to swallow capsules and are my go-to for arthritis pain, headaches,, etc. Worth every penny.

In the past, I always felt it. Tylenol never did anything really to relieve my pain. I am pleasantly surprised to say that rapid release extra strength. Tylenol is really all that I need. Not only does it relieve my pain. It helps to increase my mobility.

Great and effective over the counter medication for all aches and most pains! I mainly use Tylenol extra strength rapid release 500 mg gels for my trouble some headaches! Works great! (Remember though one should not consume no more than 4000 mg in a 24 hour period. Use as directed.)

Seems to kick in faster than the other options from the Tylenol company. The off brands may have the same active ingredients (acetaminophen) and dosage (500mg), but the gel on the outside of these pills seems to dissolve more quickly than any others, plus they’re easier to swallow!

I'm a retired R.N., the majority of my career spent in the age of, "reduced costs." I was taught that generics were comparable to brand name, and with some things this is true. However, there's no generic acetaminophen that compares to Original Tylenol. This particular formulation is exceptionally effective and provides fast pain relief! I'll buy it every time, as it's well worth the cost!

I never like paying extra for a Brand Name! However, there is no getting around it: this stuff works! AND, it works WELL! My husband complained for years that Tylenol didn't do anything for him. I explained that it was for the relief of pain due to inflammation. So I got him some Tylenol PM. He took 2 and slept all night long! Next night he forgot, and complained next morning about it! I asked if he remembered to take the Tylenol. No, he forgot! Next night, he tried 1 pill, slept half the night! 2 pills, all night sleep and no pain! I sure hope he's learned his lesson!

For headache pain relief, it is always best to stick to the name brands because unlike most products on the market, the generic brand does not work as good as the name brand. My personal experience is that the 'Rapid Gel Release' does not work any faster or any slower than standard Tylenol; it takes between seven and twelve minutes to start feeling relief for bout the Rapid Gel and the regular.

I have bad hip osteoarthritis and took two of these Tylenol Extra Strength Rapid Release Gels for groin and knee pain, and it did not do any better than the regular Tylenol tablets to relieve my pain. I also have kidney disease, so I 'am limited in the over the counter pain medicine I can take.

I take Tylenol I can’t have much pain medicine I’m allergic to pain medicine so the doctors asked me could I take Tylenol and I take them they don’t hurt me and I use them all the time. I was in a bad car wreck and busted up pretty bad can’t have surgery. I’m allergic to being put to sleep and I can’t have no pain medicine large doll pain medicine but Tylenol has really helped me. I hurt real bad and I take a lot of them.
