When I have a headache I can't kick, this is my go to. It works quickly and doesn't upset my stomach like some other pain relievers.

These rapid release gels are my fall back when I’m out of Advil. Helps with headaches, body aches and period cramps- sometimes takes 2 doses though.

Tylenol works well to reduce fever no matter your age and good for moderate back pain. It doesn't help me with a headache, I prefer Aleve.
