If I have a headache - which happens often. This is my go to medicine. It is just effective and I know for sure I wont have an issue after taking it.

Tylenol is good especially when you have a really bad headache it works amazing just have to give it time to kick in but once it does it helps.

I like the gel Tylenol option because it seems to work more rapidly than the traditional versions. Rapid, targets pain, gets you back moving.
