Easier to swallow than the other pills but not as good or fast acting as extra strength. Would still buy the product though.

These were small enough to swallow two at a time with no bad after taste. No side effects and headache gone quickly because of it

I prefer the gel caps over the regular because they are smoother going down and much easier to swallow and they work just as well

Rapid release is most effective because it targets your symptoms faster. Ur doesn't take a long time to dissolve in the body.
