When I am in pain, I take two capsules and within and hour, my pain subsides so I can then get some sleep.

Prefer these over Advil . Great for headaches or that time of the month. Noticed the rapid release gels work faster than the regular pill.

great for headaches or even body aches. tylenol might make you tired but other then that it’s a great pain reliever. highly recommend
