Love the rapid release version of Tylenol. They can be a bit pricey but they're also frequently on sale. I always keep a bottle in the cabinet because they work so quickly for basic aches, pains, and fever. Easy on the tummy, no side effects for us.

Tylenol is something I can't live without anymore. When I have a headache, it works perfectly, and when there are signs of a cold, I always use it, as does my family. Its affordable price and effectiveness are what I really like about it.

These do work a little bit better than regular tylenol in a sense it's a little more fast acting. Doesn't work as well as motrin but it definitely helps

This is one product I’ve been taking since I was in HS, and I’m 64 now, and whenever a headache are any pain come on, I grab the extra rapid Tylenol 500. Thanks to the staff who work in the factory. May God Bless you all.

Honestly, these aren't bad but for some reason I rather take Advil. I only take these when I have absolutely nothing else to help me. It still does the job but I feel it takes a little longer to kick in.

I tried this product two weeks ago when I was having a very bad cold and this literally helped me in a day at the next day my fever was gone and my body aches were gone also, I fell in love with this product I recommend this 100%. 

I have back pain a lot after work and I use Tylenol Rapid Release and the pain is gone in no time. I would recommend Tylenol Rapid Release to everyone who experiences pain.

I have tried Extra Strength Tylenol, and it is among the few pain relievers in my cabinet. When pain arrives, Extra Strength Tylenol 'shows it the door!'

Tylenol is one thing that we always have in our household. I get headaches a lot and Tylenol always works.  when my kids get fevers Tylenol is the go to.
