Tylenol Acetaminophen Extra Strengh Rapid Release Gels is wonderful. I felt relief in about 25 minutes after a dose. They are quite easy and comfortable to take. I highly recommend it

I like that these are a strong dose 500 mg and rapid working liquid gel. I use for headaches , fever and body aches and I need something to work fast.

Good rapid delivery. If for medical reasons Aspirin is not an option works almost as well for minor pain relief. But as always check with your doctor.
