These tyneol rapid release gels work to reduce fevers. Not great for aches and pains though. Always reliable when you are sick and in need. Package is safe!

This is the only style Tylenol I buy. Because it responds quickly. I especially take it while traveling for my aches that come about, riding in the car for long periods of time.

I took these a few times when I have been out and about and have had a back ache or my knees hurt extremely bad. I am always pleased with how quickly they act and I can continue my day without pain.

Fast working effective. You don't need to take more than 2 a day, works fast and great. The price is great. There are no side effects. Packaging is great.

All pills sucks, but at least these are fast-acting, Easy to swallow and non addictive.I'd rather use Tylenol over ibuprofen because ibuprofen tears my stomach up and doesn't really helped the pain.
