The only OTC pain reliever that works for me and works fast! Also doesn’t have a ton of extra junk in it. I prefer these capsules to the tablets as the tablets sometimes get stuck. FWIW the generic seems to work as well and is aignificantly less expensive tho.

Tylenol works better- period. Tylenol Rapid Release Gels get the medication to your body faster, when I'm in pain, every second counts- so anything that makes the pain go away faster is my first pick. These are easy to take and help ease minor aches, pains, and swelling. I believe it's a feaver reducer too but I tend to use it for pain.
