Tylenol is my go-to pain relief product because it's so reliable. I know it will always work. It's great for taking away a headache quickly. Always will repurchase!

This kind is better than the extra strength. The extra strength used to be my favorite until I got used to it and this is the only thing that works but it works so good I think it all the time.
