This is my Go-To in my first aid kit. I work full-time, I'm a part-time volunteer fireman, and I run. My TRR caplets have been with me from hurricanes, to post-race therapy as needed. I don't have time for the pain to go away. When I need pain relief - performance, and speed matter. This is always stocked in my IFAK, with fast access. Thank You for making this awesome "helper"!

I didn't have any other aches or pains during the duration of the product trial so I will base my review on headaches alone. I found myself pain free after 30min of taking the Tylenol and it did not make me drowsy as many other pain relievers do.

As a recent recipient of the diagnosis of Sciatica, the Tylenol Rapid Release Gels have provided instant comfort to a back that at times is so sore it makes walking and going upstairs virtually impossible. The rapid release does exactly that and provides instant relief...…..don't know what I would have done without them.

This product is definitely rapid release! During day 2 of these takes my headache right away! For my other pain at bedtime my physician recommended 2 Tylenol and 800 mg of ibuprofen! She told me it was equivalent to a narcotic without the "funny feeling!" It definitely keeps my pain away through the night!

Tylenol is a brand I grew up having in my household. I do buy different Tylenol for difference symptoms, headaches, toothache, fever, pain etc. This raid release are great for that pounding headache that arises when im working on computer. It works fast & it very effective. I would continue using this and recommend this to others.

I think this is the best Tylenol extra strength it works fast has a gel coating to help swallow easier. Packaging great easy to open for adults not kids. Also can’t be tampered with the pill is solid and has gel coating. Active ingredient is Acetaminophen which is a pain and fever reducer. Has no scent. Great for headaches. I would recommend to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally, I am unable to take Ibuprofen for headaches or any type of pain as I am a post bariatric patient, therefore, I am only able to take Tylenol or a generic form of Tylenol. Due to having MS, Lupus, migraines, and other issues I am in pain often. Nonetheless, I do not take pain medication as I do not want to become addicted to a narcotic. Furthermore, I decided to try the Tylenol Rapid Release Gels to see how this would work for my headache. Personally, I must say I was surprised that this worked as well as it did and so quickly. I am totally amazed at the speed of relief of the new Micro Laser Drilled Tylenol. It works as advertised "at the Speed of Life", I have consistently found it to be affecting the pain within 3 minutes of taking the medication. I am confident that only injection or IV would be so effective. And the PRICE is 2-3 times that of the generic Tylenol, it is so worth it for the speed of delivery and full pain relief. The delivery method with the micro laser drilling of the gel caps makes all other pain relief medication obsolete. The price is of no consideration compared to the awesome speed of pain relief. This is a fantastic product paired with a totally fantastic new and most highly effective method of delivery.

To me, this product works very well. You can definitely spot the packaging quick and fast. The ingredients are simple and in every Tylenol product for adults. Pretty affordable. Haven't experienced any side effects with this except for making your body really tired.

I'm not sure if it was like a placebo effect where I immediately felt relief because I knew they would work fast, or if they actually just worked fast. But once I swallowed the 2 capsules, within a minute, I could feel my body relaxing more. It was so fantastic, and I received them just in time because the day before, I had done some heavy lifting and my body was hurting so bad! Tylenol has always been my #1 for pain relief, for myself and my kids. I am so thankful for this product and plan to stay a devoted customer.
