This product works when you need it. I have noticed it does take about 30/40 min to kick in but I have noticed it last a good 4/6 hours depending on pain tolerance. I wish this every month when being a women is not the best.

Great product a little over priced compared to another store I go to but that is wal marts problem there no issue with the product in fact I like this product so much because it works great that I’d be willing to pay Walmarts ridiculous markup
