Gotta love Tylenol! It's reliable and safe if taken correctly. Great for headache pain too. I like the 650 mg for my arthritis though.

works better than generic. like the fast acting, too. must keep track of ALL acetaminophen products used or you can wreck your liver.

Very good pain reliever even after the 6 hours have passed still no pain so don’t usually need a second dose
