It really does work rapidly for most uses. My only suggestion would probably be make rapid in gel capsules.

Always get the rapid release, for me it works in 20 minutes. Huge difference from non rapid release which takes 45 for me.

This pain reliever was prescribed by our physician. It was prescribed, at double dose, to help carry over between pain meds. It did the job.

This rapid release Tylenol works great for me since I cant use Aleve any longer. The gel tabs seen to me to be more effective with quicker relief.
