This is the best over the counter medicine I've ever taken for arthritis pain and low back pain helps me get back to myself so I can do the things that need to be done like yard work and anything else I want to do

I usually use IBUprofen but on the occasions where I don’t have it, Tylenol is my go-to! It usually removes or stifles the pain from headaches or period cramps within an hour.
