As a person who stays getting headaches left and right, this is perfect because of the 500 mg it contains and how strong the mg is. I recommend anyone to take even one and the job will be done

It’s a classic product. It helps with most minor to some moderate pain, fevers. The cost is decent. The pill size isn’t super big so they are easy to take. Always have on hand.

Sometimes I want something gentler on the stomach than ibuprofen. Also, I find Tylenol to be most effective to reduce fevers. Definitely a must have in the house.

Tylenol extra strength is the most effective for my tension headaches and my muscle aches. I don’t get any side effects. Tylenol works better for me than the generic but is pricey.
