Takes just a little longer than the liquid Tylenol. So it takes about 30mins to kick in. It does indeed come in a little box. But they are secured in the little bottle with a swatch of cotton and a foil piece over it.

Great result. Easy to put in thr bag. The result take very quick to reduce the headache. Reasonable price. The best product that i choose to cure my headache system in cold days.

I play rugby so I am no stranger to muscle pain. There are a few nights that tylenol extra strength is the only way to end the agony and it usually doesn’t take long to relieve the pain.

I have been using Tylenol for years. It’s easy in the stomach and works on tension headaches. Also, works for fever and pain in my joints. Being that it’s not an aspirin product, it’s easy on my stomach.

Tylenol has never really helped me with like 'body aches' or 'pain' But as far as headaches go this is my go to medication. Just about the only thing that helps with my headaches.

Like it alot it helps with my headache and sometime body ache I do recommend people to purchase them I think they are great and I will purchase more in the future

Usually always my go to! Always does the trick for whatever I need. I like to always have some on hand for whenever. Good packaging and very effective.

Works just like the name brand but you are not paying the name brands price for advertising and such.. DEFINITELY A TRY AND KEEP ITEM. Highly recommended
