This is a must in my family we always have Tylenol on us. You never know when you'll need it or someone will. I keep it in my bag bc the bottle is easy to have anywhere

Always works quick and effectively. I always buy the extra strength as it seems to kick in a little faster. No side effects really. Never left feeling drowsy or wore out. Easy dose instructions too.

These Tylenol extra strength caplets work exceptionally well for a killer headache. I just take the recommended dose and within a few minutes my headache is feeling much better.

This Tylenol works well for me with soreness,body aches and fever reduction. It works quickly and lasts about four hours. The only thing it won't help for me is migraines.
