I had been helping some family move and so many muscles had been over used in the process. This worked so well! I was in so much pain that I couldn't sleep, and I could barely move (the muscle pain was in my abdomen area). I took this and fell asleep, and woke up feeling great.

During the time I took care of my children and stayed up late, I often had headaches and it made me feel very uncomfortable. This Tylenol is best for period cramps!! I take two and not even 30 min later my cramps are not painful. The caplets don’t stink before and after taking them. The package is really good you can take them everywhere and they won’t spill. I would recommend buying these definitely worth the money.

For every athlete this is a must. I can’t count the amount of time Tylenol came clutch to help me with pain and even soreness. When I am feeling a headache, that helps taking care of it in less than 30 minutes. I always travel with mine because you never know when I or someone else will need it.

This is the extra strength tylenol that most of us are familiar with. Great for travel, or just keeping it handy in your purse. Cap needs to be pushed down and turned to open, so small kids won't be able to access easily. Anyone who uses Tylenol would be.. IMO...better off taking the fast acting gel capsules...but to each his/her own....
