World very well for when I have tension headaches and other aches and pains. Great value and size and pretty effective for my needs. I use these over others.

It definitely helps with fever. Somewhat with pain. But the dark red color of the extra strength caplets is truly disgusting. I will look for another brand.

This is a great product that I use alone or with advil if I’m having stronger pain. It is effective with helping relieve the pain. The price is fairly high, but it’s good to have in case you get a headache. Packaged well and easy to use.

These work very quickly and I know quick. I get 3 to 4 headaches a week and these always seem to do the trick. With work I'm always getting headaches but within half an hour I have relief.

This Tylenol works so fast. I can literally expect quick relief when I take these. I usually take two at a time to achieve quick relief but all in all these have never failed me.

Personally I find these are good for general pain management, but it doesn’t work as well for my headaches. Even the extra strength isn’t as effective as I thought it would be. The pills are easy to swallow which is a bonus.
